The Secretary of the Chamber has the following competencies:
- Periodically notifies the Supervisory Body about the activity of the Chamber
- Follows the Chamber’s respect for the provisions of this law and other applicable laws
- Follows the implementation of decisions of the Presidency and the Assembly
- Follows membership registration procedures, according to article 7 of this law
- Follows the cooperation with the tax and customs authorities
- Follows the cooperation programs with the local government bodies
- Follows the collaboration with Media
- Has any other competencies provided by law
- In cases of violation of legality in decisions taken by the Chamber’s organs, it notifies the supervisory body, which within 30 days from the date of notification, requests these bodies to review the decisions taken.
